Reporting to the firm partners and supported by a team of paralegals, this new associate attorney will gradually acquire oversight and management of a full case load of family and employment-based matters, including but not limited to family and employment petitions, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, religious petitions.

The immigration paralegal/case manager must be extremely detail-oriented and must be comfortable working in a highly regulated, time-sensitive, area of law. Attention to detail in writing, case preparation, document collection and review is necessary. The paralegal/case manager must communicate with peers, supervisors and individual clients and organizations in an efficient and professional manner. Client understanding and satisfaction is a fixed priority, and the paralegal/case manager’s customer service must reflect our organizational goals.
A case manager with prior experience in a paralegal/case manager role is highly preferred. Additionally, a Case Manager must possess the following skills:
