Immigration Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking an immigration associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Reporting to the firm partners and supported by a team of paralegals, this new associate attorney will gradually acquire oversight and management of a full case load of family and employment-based matters, including but not limited to family and employment petitions, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, religious petitions.

Client understanding and satisfaction is a fixed priority, and the associate attorney’s commitment to excellence in customer service must reflect these values. Additionally, the candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Excellent English written and oral communication;
  • Sharp analytical thinking and creative approaches to cases;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Efficient time management;
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible;
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management databases (e.g.: LawLogix), and task management software (e.g.: ClickUp) as well as interest in technology applied to the field of law;
  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred) or other foreign languages;
  • Demonstrated experience in litigation (preferred);

Salary commensurate with experience.

Immigration Paralegal/Case Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal/case manager to manage a full caseload of family and employment-based matters, including (but not limited to) family and employment petitions, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, religious petitions.

The immigration paralegal/case manager must be extremely detail-oriented and must be comfortable working in a highly regulated, time-sensitive, area of law. Attention to detail in writing, case preparation, document collection and review is necessary. The paralegal/case manager must communicate with peers, supervisors and individual clients and organizations in an efficient and professional manner. Client understanding and satisfaction is a fixed priority, and the paralegal/case manager’s customer service must reflect our organizational goals.

A case manager with prior experience in a paralegal/case manager role is highly preferred. Additionally, a Case Manager must possess the following skills:

  • Strong technical writing;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Efficient time management;
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible;
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management databases (e.g.: LawLogix), and task management software (e.g.: ClickUp) as well as interest in technology applied to the field of law;
  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred) or other foreign languages;
  • Motivated and self-driven.

We are looking to fill the position immediately. Schedules permitting, we prefer that the paralegal/case manager begin onboarding by early-August.
